Annual General Meeting
All residents living in our area are welcome to attend the Association's Annual General Meeting (AGM) which is usually held in April or May each year with at least fourteen days notice being given. It's held in St. Joseph's Parish Hall (adjacent to St Joseph's Church and Boys' National School, accessible from Terenure Road East or Beechlawn Way), Dublin 6, from 8pm.
The agenda for the AGM, which is chaired by the Association's Chairperson, includes reports by the Chairperson, the Honorary Treasurer (including an audited statement of the accounts and balance sheet), and the Planning Officer. The Officers and Committee members will also be elected or re-elected. Local politicians and Dublin City Councillors are invited to attend and address the meeting, as are representatives from Terenure Garda Station.
Refreshments are served when the formal business of the AGM has been completed.
The minutes of the 2019 AGM held on 16 April 2019 can be read here.
The AGM was not held in 2020, 2021 or 2022 due to the pandemic restrictions. The 2023 meeting will be held later in the year.
